Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 oz. Maruchan ramen noodles (2 packages)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning

  1. Cut 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs into approximate 1 inch cubes
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon sesame oil into into large skillet on medium heat
  3. Add chicken to skillet
  4. Season chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  5. Fully cook chicken over medium heat and set aside
  6. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil
  7. Add 2 packages of Maruchan ramen noodles (discard chicken seasoning packet)
  8. Cook noodles as directed for approximately 3 minutes
  9. Strain noodles and rinse with cold water
  10. Set ramen noodles aside
  11. Heat large skillet over medium heat
  12. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 3 cloves of garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds
  13. Add to skillet the 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar packed, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  14. Bring this mixture to a bubble
  15. Add the ramen noodles to the skillet and combine thoroughly
  16. Push the ramen noodles to the side and add 1 large egg to the skillet and scramble the egg
  17. Combine the scrambled egg to the noodles in the skillet
  18. Add the chicken to the skillet and combine thoroughly
  19. Add Maruchan Chicken to a large bowl and top with green onion and everything bagel seasoning
