Healthy and delicious this Garden Veggie Burger will more than satisfy your burger craving this summer!

Need another reason to try a garden veggie burger? They’re so much easier to make than a meat burger.

They cook faster, there’s no messing around with medium-rare or well done and there’s never any flare-ups! Man, those flare-ups can turn a gorgeous burger into a crispy charred lump.

It’s okay to try and switch things up now and again, It can even be fun! And with summer coming, this is the perfect time to try an epic garden veggie burger.

As much as I love my regular meat based burgers, there’s something way more satisfying biting into a healthy veggie burger topped with crispy lettuce, tomato and onion. It’s a healthier alternative to regular fast food burgers for sure.

Lightlife make lots of amazing items and being an ambassador I’ve tried almost all of them, but the Garden Veggie Burgers with tempeh might be my favorite so far. They’re packed with carrots, onions, peppers, tempeh and brown rice so there’s definitely no lack of flavor.

I love the tempeh and the rice additions, it’s a smart and healthy way to fill up and skip the french fries!

Healthy and delicious this Garden Veggie Burger pairs well with an ice cold beer and crispy onion rings.

I usually run all of my recipes past the family and once again the kids loved these. They were down with a single patty but I had to double up and squeeze in some vegan cheese between each veggie patty.

A heavy dollop of Thousand Island dressing on the bun and loaded with lettuce and tomato made this burger totally completely inhale-worthy! I had some extra garden veggie burger patties left over and they were just as awesome chopped up and added to a salad.

Usually I’d grill some chicken but this was just as good a protein hit. Don’t underestimate the veggie burger friends, super tasty and extra healthy is what my body is screaming for this summer!
