A big bowl of Chicken Cheesesteak Baked Ziti

If I'm ever struggling to figure out what to make for dinner, pasta is always my go-to choice. I get that it's not low carb and this Chicken Cheesesteak Baked Ziti has enough cheese in it to cover a small village, but the flavor! Did I mention the flavor? Just making sure. Peppers and onion along with chunks of Italian seasoned chicken cooked in a rich provolone cheese sauce. Do you see a resemblance to a certain kind of sandwich? Yesss, the cheesesteak! Cheesesteak in pasta form, but with no bun so that's a carb reduction right there! The recipe comes from the brain and author of Modern Comfort Cooking, Lauren Grier. Lauren is the founder and writer of her blog, Climbing Grier Mountain. Take a peek and you'll find a whole library of recipes that Lauren has built up over the years she's been blogging. I'm pretty sure you'll love it.
