These Panela cheese fries almost look too good to eat, but that would be ridiculous. Promise me if you make them that you’ll stuff every cheese covered, creamy crema coated french fry in your mouth! I used Cacique’s Panela Cheese which is perfect for melting. Inspiration came from the famous poutine dish, fries covered in gravy and cheese but the chipotle crema makes for an awesome gravy replacement.
