These Panela cheese fries almost look too good to eat, but that would be ridiculous. Promise me if you make them that you’ll stuff every cheese covered, creamy crema coated french fry in your mouth! I used Cacique’s Panela Cheese which is perfect for melting. Inspiration came from the famous poutine dish, fries covered in gravy and cheese but the chipotle crema makes for an awesome gravy replacement.

That paper insert is convenient. Oh no, I’m not talking about how it saves you from doing dishes. I’m referring to the fact that I can open the bottom just a bit and use it as a funnel to pour all of this into my mouth at once! nom nom nom
