Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 oz. Maruchan ramen noodles (2 packages)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs into approximate 1 inch cubes
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon sesame oil into into large skillet on medium heat
  • Add chicken to skillet
  • Season chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Fully cook chicken over medium heat and set aside
  • Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil
  • Add 2 packages of Maruchan ramen noodles (discard chicken seasoning packet)
  • Cook noodles as directed for approximately 3 minutes
  • Strain noodles and rinse with cold water
  • Set ramen noodles aside
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat
  • Add 1 tablespoon butter and 3 cloves of garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds
  • Add to skillet the 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar packed, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Bring this mixture to a bubble
  • Add the ramen noodles to the skillet and combine thoroughly
  • Push the ramen noodles to the side and add 1 large egg to the skillet and scramble the egg
  • Combine the scrambled egg to the noodles in the skillet
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and combine thoroughly
  • Add Maruchan Chicken to a large bowl and top with green onion and everything bagel seasoning
