Ground Beef Southwestern Style Tacos

A tasty and easy dinner for the whole family!!

  • 8 street size corn tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 15oz Can BUSH'S Southwestern Style Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Mexican Cotija cheese
  • fresh cilantro


  • Place the beef in a pan and add the paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic, corn, salt and pepper.
  • Stir and cook until no longer pink.
  • Empty the pinto beans into a microwave safe bowl and warm as per the instructions.
  • Char the tortillas over a gas burner and place two on top of one another.
  • Spoon some of the beef onto each tortilla.
  • Top with some beans, corn, onion, tomato, cheese and fresh cilantro.
    Serve at once
