An awesome chocolate smoothie loaded with cherries and frozen banana.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz bag frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup non fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups non fat milk

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on high until well mixed and smooth.
  • Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy.
