Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with 9 muffin papers.
In a bowl, add the topping ingredients and crumble together with your fingers. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, spices, pecans and brown sugar and mix.
Combine the eggs, milk, pumpkin and honey and whisk until well mixed.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon just until it comes together.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin papers, until it's about level with the top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and golden brown on top.
