Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger

A juicy seasoned burger smothered in sharp cheddar and thick bacon slices, served on a toasted brioche bun.

  • For The Burger!
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 onion diced
  • 2 brioche buns sliced and toasted
  • Ketchup or your favorite condiments


  • In a bowl combine the ground beef and green onion. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Form the beef into two patties and flatten evenly.
  • Preheat your Char-Broil grill to a high heat and then turn one side down to low.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the burgers on to the direct heat side of the grill.
  • Sear without moving for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the patties over and sear the other side.
  • Move the burgers to the indirect heat side of the grill and cook until your desired doneness.
  • Place two slices of the cheese on top of each burger and melt.
  • Place each burger onto a bun, top with the bacon and raw onion.
  • Serve at once with a fresh salad
