One Pot beef Chili with Bacon
This one-pot beef chili is easy to make and is the perfect dish for a cold winters night! It's packed with Hunts Vine Ripened Tomatoes and BUSH'S Beans for a thick, rich taste!

- 12 oz bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 14oz can Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15oz can BUSH'S Pinto Beans in a Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Cut the bacon slices into chunks and cook in a large pan.
Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Transfer the bacon and beef to a large dutch oven or heavy pot.
To the pot add the onion, tomato paste, tomatoes, beans, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, beer, and broth.
Stir well until all of the ingredients are mixed.
Bring to a simmer and cook on low for about 45 minutes stirring often.
Serve as is or with rice and your favorite toppings.
