Juicy tri-tip open-faced sandwiches on New York Bakery Texas Toast, perfect for grilling weather!
Preheat your grill to high.
Season the trip-tip with the bbq rub and place on the grill.
Sear the meat on one side for about 4 minutes and then turn it over and sear again.
Move the meat to the side of the heat source or turn the heat down a little if you can and grill for about 20 minutes turning once or twice.
Once the meat is done to your liking, place it on a plate and cover loosely with foil.
Place the Texas Toast on the grill, cheese side facing up and grill for 2-3 minutes.
Take the trip-tip and slice it across the grain into thin slices.
Place 2-3 slices on top of the toast and garnish with some chopped rosemary.
Serve at once.
