Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large scoops blueberry ice cream
  • 1 cup blueberry kefir plain could also be used
  • 1 frozen banana

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the smoothie mix into two containers and serve at once.
