Easy Chicken Wraps with Cucumber and Apple

  • 2 Flatout Light Italian Herb Wraps
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced into sticks
  • 1 apple sliced thinly
  • Ranch dressing


  • Lay each wrap on a chopping board.
  • Sprinkle about 1/2 -3/4 cup chicken in the center.
  • Add 3-4 slices of cucumber on top followed by 2-3 apple slices.
  • Spoon some ranch dressing over the chicken.
  • Bring the sides of the wrap in towards the middle and then start to roll the wrap away from you in a tight tubular motion.
  • Eat this way or slice into three separate pieces.
