Given the difficult times we are going through right now and seeing many bare shelves in our local grocery stores, we still have to eat. As for the bare shelves, pasta seems to be a popular crisis ingredient and fortunately one of my favorites. I’ve compiled a list of my best and easy pasta recipes so you can still serve up a home cooked meal to enjoy with the family.
