This week has been a busy one. Well actually every week is busy but this one included travel. Airports suck.
I’ve been in Chicago attending BlogHer Food, which is probably the biggest get together of like-minded food loving people under one roof. It’s been great to catch up with old friends and meet those other “virtual” friends in person.
The food has been fantastic, some of my favorite eats this past weekend have been Formentos for the best Italian recipes I’ve ever tasted, The Purple Pig (housemade pork hot dog) and no food trip is ever complete without a donut run. Do-Rite Donuts didn’t disappoint, I highly recommend the Sweet Heat Fried Chicken Glazed Donut Sandwich– for complete reals!
