Summertime is almost here!

I can’t believe it’s almost the middle of April. No complaints from me though as I much prefer the warmer summer months. It opens up a whole new enjoyable time for eating and cooking, whether it’s in a restaurant al fresco or in your backyard with some great barbecue! You can find lots of great grill recipes on the blog and if there’s something you’d like to see, just shoot me a message and I’ll add it to the list.

I don’t have any solid summer vacation plans yet although camping is a possibility. I remember a time I went camping and took a mini sized smoker with me, spending the day tending a pork butt to have the most tender pulled pork for dinner. There’s nothing quite like cooking by fire in the mountains.

Stay safe friends and thanks as always for being a part of my Foodness Gracious family!
