Comfort food and all things pumpkin!

As August comes to an end and kids return to school, the recipe world turns from light summery salads and desserts to roasted vegetables, comfort foods and of course, all things pumpkin! Personally I love this time, maybe because I’m spoiled with our mild Southern California weather but the crisp chilly mornings and dark nights are what reminds me of back home. I also love the change in food and to see all of the comfort foods come back into play. Hopefully I’ll be able to create some of your favorites, let me know what you love making  for the cold weather dinners.

Stay safe friends and thanks as always for being a part of my Foodness Gracious family!
