Happy new Year!
2020 was a year that we can all say we probably won’t miss! But it was also a year that I found myself being able to do things that I never thought I’d ever manage to accomplish. Having my kids at home for school everyday, waiting in lines to enter stores and strategically buying supplies before they run out, being much more focused on personal hygiene like wearing a mask and washing my hands all took some getting used to.
I always look for the bright side of life, and what I mentioned above didn’t really take much to adapt to, after all these are things that some people accomplish everyday no matter what the situation and that puts things into perspective for me.
Let’s keep baking and cooking for 2021!
