Making school lunch has never been easier with a PlanetBox lunch kit! No more messy lunch bags or using six different plastic containers to hold everything. There’s so many amazing and tasty options available to fill each space.
It’s been quite the summer but today school starts for another year. Both of my kids have reached milestones with one heading into first grade and the other into middle school.
Yikes…middle school, life needs to slow down.
Let’s talk about how proud I am though, because every year I always tell myself that I’m going to invest in new lunch boxes for the kids because I’m so tired of cramming six million different plastic containers and zip lock bags into their lunch bags.
No to mention that the mess when said containers lids don’t get put back on properly, and the raspberries turn everything a neon pink color!
Those days are gone because this year my kids will walk through those doors on the first day with a lunch that’s compact, all in one place and in one container. I am so happy, and proud to finally step away from the plastic.
My son was super happy when he receive his dinosaur themed PlanetBox in the mail, because a six year old and dinosaurs, right!
If dino’s aren’t your thing you can choose from a whole bunch of other themed magnet plates and lunch bags. My daughter chose the Nebula magnets for her PlanetBox, showing some science interest which I’m digging!
You’re maybe thinking why it’s taken me this long to switch to a PlanetBox and to be truthful, they’re more expensive than some other lunch carriers out there. What sealed it for me was asking on my Facebook page if anyone had any thoughts on them.
The results were almost 100% telling me to get them. I even had a few friends tell me that they bought them for their own kids in kindergarten and those same kids are still using them as they start fourth and fifth grade now.
That’s a great testament to the quality of PlanetBox.
You can see what I decided to give my boy for his first day lunch. Fresh fruit and yogurt are his favorites, cheese and a jelly sandwich on Dave’s Killer Bread.
I kinda want this lunch myself in my own PlanetBox.
I received a PlanetBox Lunch kit as part of this post. All text and thoughts are always my own.
